Founder Robert M. Edsel is one of the leading authorities on the protection of our cultural heritage during World War ll. In addition to being a co-producer of the film The Rape of Europa and the producer and director of The Greatest Theft in History Educational Program, he is also the Founder and President of the Monuments Men Foundation for the Preservation of Art, author of the book Rescuing Da Vinci and a frequent speaker on the subject of preserving the legacy of the Monuments Men and our shared cultural heritage.
